Delete your Tuitionly account

You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by asking us.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Tuitionly and sign in.
  2. Open the menu, then Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account permanently.
  4. Confirm that you want to go ahead.

This can’t be undone. You will be signed out on all your devices, and any unused connects will be lost.

If you can’t open the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include the phone number you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, then we will delete it for you.

What happens to your information

Your account is closed and your profile is removed from the app. We may keep some records where we need to, for example to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Our privacy policy has more detail.

Only want a break?

You can deactivate your student or teacher profile in Settings instead. This keeps your account, so you can come back whenever you like.
